Katrina Salazar is the founder of weThink, working at the intersection of human intelligence and intelligent systems to expose a central blind spot in modern technology: how human judgment actually forms, shifts, and fails in real environments. Her work replaces brittle, static performance models with behaviorally grounded systems that treat judgment, adaptation, and collaboration as living signals—where error, bias, and misalignment carry real cost.
