Adnan Hassan is Founder and Chairman of the BIG Ideas Foundation, which launched the Small States Asset Class (SAC) Initiative—a global investment platform focused on countries with populations under 12 million. A former Special Advisor on the World Bank Group Board of Directors and technology pioneer who built one of the world’s first internet-based trading platforms in 1994, he is also an author and authority on sovereign funds. Mr. Hassan has worked across 50+ countries and resides in Bonaire, Caribbean Netherlands.
